with storage solutions for the past 10 years.

the market and then after meeting with Norman Calvert I was
convinced they were suitable for our company needs.
“Not only did Barton Storage offer us a competitive
price but I liked their designs and they were capable of
delivering us a service in a short time frame.

McKechnie
Plastics
One of Europe’s leading manufacturers
of plastic assemblies, McKechnie Automotive & Engineered
Plastics, has been established for over 50 years and currently
has three sites in the UK located in Stamford Bridge, Pickering
and Northampton.
Tom Breckenridge is based at Pickering, Yorkshire, where
plastic injection mouldings are created for the automotive
industry. In August of this year an installation of racking
for tools was required at the site. Due to the large size,
weight and quantity of the goods and tools, a heavy-duty
storage system was required. After becoming dissatisfied
with his current supplier, Tom looked at the Barton Storage
website and decided to go to them directly.
Tom explains: “As soon as I made contact with Barton
Storage I was immediately impressed and found them to be
far superior to my suppliers at that time. Norman Calvert
instantly came out to us and carried out a survey, advising
us where we were going wrong and in what ways we could improve.
“Not only did Barton Storage respond quickly and efficiency
to our needs but the communication with the company is also
extremely good.”
Tom concludes: “Norman has been exceptionally helpful
and easy to work with and I have regularly recommended Barton
